    High polymer tile adhesive


    Description:
    TERATILE GOLD tile adhesive, is suitable for fixing at 3-6mm bed thickness (can be extended up to 15mm in area of limited extent)
    wall and floor tiles, mosaics, vitrified and fully vitrified tiles, marble, terrazzo and natural stone. The set adhesive is water-resistant and is
    suitable for use in showers and totally immersed situations such as swimming pools.

    Uses:
     Porcelain tile
     Vitrified tile
     Ceramic tile
     Low porous stones
     Interior floor and wall applicable of tiles size 250mmX400mm,300mX300mm,300mmX400mm,300mmX600mm 300mmX900mm,
    600X1200mm
     Sand stone, Lapato, Lime stones, Granite & marbles in internal application

    Advantages:

    Substrate:
    RCC, cement sheet, Plaster, AAC blocks, tile on tile floor application *, stone

    Compliance standard:
    IS 15477:2019, EN 12004

    Method of application:
     Clean the surface from efflorescence, laitance, dirt and other loose material than sprinkle water over the dry surface to make it
    wet.
     Clean the back side of the tiles surface by using wire brush than wash it with ample amountof water until dryness is removed.
     Add 20 kg of tile adhesive powder into 3.7 liter of water in a bucket and blend properly with electric blender.
     Apply prepared paste as per requirement on both the tile surface and floor/wall surface.
     Comb the adhesive paste to provide sufficient grip between the surface and tiles.

    Limitations:
    Do not add additional water or powder after tile adhesive gets set.

    Health and Safety:


    Specific care and attention should be paid to handling, storage and spill response of this adhesive. Skin contact should be avoided. Any
    splashes should be washed well with water. If contact with eyes occurs wash immediately with water and take medical advice.
