Notes:
• In general, the correct alignment of magnets has to be checked carefully,
according to the electrical drawing included in the documentation (with or
without preopening).
• Check inductor power supply: 24Vdc between connectors W2.1 & W2.2
in UCC.
ThyssenKrupp
TKE Manufacturing Spain SUAT KAYNAK

5.- CMC4 faults
*9
Fault 9: Program error; opening of primary safety circuit; power supply failure (Not
permanent)
The controller detects the primary safety circuit problem via UBA connectors; if this signal doesn’t arrives,
then the lift will stay blocked waiting for that signal.
When CMS is activated in HD lifts, it gets blocked until the safety circuit is back and a reset is made (ESH
signal).
If the fault appears, but the safety circuit is still ON, then it might be because UCM is damaged and/or
EEPROM parameters are incorrect. In both cases the board must be changed with BOMO or
reprogrammed with POME.

8.1. INTRODUCTION
The device only supplies power when the lack of mains is upstream from
electrical connection
This device supply the brakes in gearless machine to open them.
The car will move because of load balance, the car will move up or down
depending of the original position and will stop in the next floor.
The device has two batteries (12V/5A each one).
5 leds indicate the status ON/OFF, Marcha(running), Planta(floor),
Sube(up), Baja(down).
Door will be opened manually with an elevator key.

8- CMC4 Rescue Device
8.2.1. Functionality
• The device only supplies power when the lack of mains is upstream from electrical
connection
• In the event of a fall of our general protections does not act (being monitored with
auxiliary contacts)
• Wait 12 seconds before supplying power to the controller, if mains returns it does not act
• Once the rescue sequence began, it is finished regardless the mains returns
• In case of opening of the safety series or fault the rescue is not carried out
• If landing doors are open between floors, try to close the doors to begin the rescue
sequence
ThyssenKrupp
• The rescue sequence is carried out to the next floor taking advantage of the load
• Upon reaching floor, open and close doors, stand by 120s with open door push button
active
