    TERMS AND CONDITION OF WARRANTY:

    BASOL ENERGY SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED extends manufacturer’s warranty for all products sold,
    where applicable. This implies one year warranty for all inverters and batteries purchased from our
    offices except otherwise stated. The term of warranty begins from the date of initial purchase as
    indicated on the invoice overleaf. This warranty applies to the original product purchased and is
    transferable partly if the product remains installed in the original use location. The warranty does not
    apply to any product or product part which has been modified or damaged by the following:

    • Installation or removal, once installed.

    • Alteration or disassembly.

    • Normal wear and tear, Accident or abuse, overload and corrosion.

    • Damage from lighting strike, abnormal voltage and charging current from public source or generator
    set.

    • Repair or services provide by an unauthorized service personnel/facility.

    • Operation contrary to manufacturer’s specification.

    • Fire, floods or acts of God.

    • Shipping or transportation.

    • Incidental or consequential damages caused by other components of the power system.

    • Any product whose serial number has been altered, defected or removed.
