Subsequent to the meetings you have had with us, we are pleased offer you the position of “Associate –
Customer Engagement” with us.
You will be on the rolls of Beroe Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. and all its terms & conditions will be applicable. A
detailed appointment letter will be issued to you at the time of your joining.
Kindly sign and return a copy of this letter duly countersigned by you on each page in acceptance of this offer
by 30th December 2021.
We request you to join us at the earliest but not later than 1 st June 2022. Kindly note that this offer is valid
till 1st June 2022.

This policy covers Beroe employee only with a coverage limit upto 10lakhs

Annexure B – Terms and Benefits
Employment Confirmation
Upon successful completion of Beroe Trainee Program ( BTP) , your employment is deemed as confirmed
A. You will be working from home and you will need to report to office as and when required. The Company
reserves the right to transfer you on a temporary or permanent basis to other job functions,
departments or locations within the Company, when necessary.
B. You shall comply with the Company's rules relating to relocation of or from a Customer location.
C. The standard working days are 5 days a week on rotational shifts.
A. Vacation Leave: All full-time employees are entitled to vacation leave. Based on the length of
employment in BEROE an employee is entitled with below benefit. You will accrue leave on a pro-
rata basis.
0- 1 year - 12 working days
1-2 years – 18 working days
2 + years – 24 working days
B. Sick Leave: All full time employees are entitled to 6 days of Sick Leave per year. You will accrue
leave on a pro-rata basis.
C. Leave during Probation: Employees during their probation period shall avail Vacation Leave and Sick
Leave limited to their actual accrual .i.e., no negatives will be allowed in leave balance. Trainees and
Interns will not be entitled to leave. For more details please reach out to the HR department.
D. Public Holidays: You are entitled to Public holidays which consist of National and Festival
Holidays. With our goal of supporting our clients 24/5 the public holidays will be taken on a
rotational basis. In case you are working on any public holiday you will be entitled to take a
compensatory off
Retirement Benefits
A. Provident Fund
The Company will contribute 12 % of your base salary per month as its contribution and an equal
amount will be deducted from your payroll as your contribution towards this Fund.
B. Gratuity
You will be entitled to Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.

Note: All the above will be subject to usual statutory and / or any other deductions, such as Income Tax and any
other Taxes which may be imposed from time to time by the Government or any Public Body authorized to do
so. All taxes with respect to this compensation shall be borne by the employee
A. All confirmed employees will be required to serve a notice period of 60 days at the time of formally
resigning from service. Beroe may choose to pay you an amount in lieu for any period of notice
when your services are not required.
B. When you formally resign from the service of the Company, the Company may, at its discretion, may
also permit you to.
I. Pay up for the notice period in lieu thereof (if notice period is not served)
D. You are not entitled to take leave while serving the notice period. However, in exceptional cases
leave can be sanctioned by the Functional Manager. The Functional Manager reserves the right to
consider the leave as Leave without Pay or extend the notice period for those number of working
days.
