Independent e-Drive Suspension
▪ BRIST independent e-drive suspensions offer axle load from 3.0t to 12.0t, while
offering central or corner drive options.
▪ Coupling option with BRIST single speed or two speed transmission.
▪ While having preferred partners, BRIST is able to integrate any electric motor
selected by the vehicle manufacturer.
▪ Rear steering can be optionally provided.

▪ BRIST electric drive single speed transmission is a good fit for the front wheeled
vehicles with the engine installed in transversal configuration, at high gear ratio.
▪ Single speed transmission is available at 2 different gear ratios for electric
vehicle applications with an option of disengagement feature for 4WD.

▪ BRIST offers different versions of rigid front suspensions varying from 4.1t to
6.0t axle loading, which are widely used for midi-buses and light / medium
trucks.
▪ Amongst competitors, BRIST rigid front suspensions differentiates through its
optimized axle weight, customized drop center and compact wheel-ends with
unitized hub bearing.

Rigid Front Suspension
Deep Drop Types
▪ BRIST offers different versions of rigid deep drop varying from 4.2t to 5.5t axle
loading, which are widely used are city-bus like applications, ready to fit to
chassis.
▪ Compromising the gap between engine sump and axle beam, and certain level of
ground clearance; deep drop versions have been engineered to fit into the tight
space, avoiding any collision of engine at its lowered position for flat floor
passage in front.
▪ BRIST deep drops have proven its performance in most difficult climate and
terrain conditions such as Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkey and East Europe.

Rear Drive Axle
Z-Drive Types
▪ BRIST Z-Drive is a unique configuration specifically developed for buses with the
engine installed in transversal layout to shorten rear overhang, which provide
optimized seat configuration and optimized weight for the bus.
▪ Z-Drive axle is supplied with its Angle Drive Unit at the same input flange angle.

▪ BRIST inverted portal axles are developed specifically for mid-size LF buses, which
offer maximum corridor width, higher ground clearance provided with radial
brakes and compact dimension in height and less system weight with 10.4t
loading capacity.
▪ BRIST inverted portal axles are available at 75° and 80° input shaft angles.
