    CITROEN DS3 DUMP VALVE INSTALLATION

    *** These Instructions are for both Atmo and Recirc valve***
    Tools Required
    7mm hose clamp driver
    T20 screwdriver
    Phillips head screwdriver
    4mm and 5mm allen key/allen socket
    10mm socket
    8mm socket and ratchet
    1. Open the bonnet, Pull the tab upwards and pull the plug from the valve. Using a 5mm allen
    key remove the 3 allen key bolts holding the standard valve to the turbo.
    2. Fit the new forge valve with the same orientation as the picture below, using the 5mm allen
    key and the 3 bolts previously removed. (the top can be turned to which way you wish).

    3. Using the hole that is situated on the lower coolant pipe bracket, fit the solenoid in place
    with the 10mm bolt, washer and nut provided. ( you may find this easier by undoing the
    plastic hose clip to give you more room).
    4. Use the wiring loom provided. You will need to trim the 2 small lugs on one end to make it fit
    into the oem plug.
    5. Plug one end into the connector that was taken off of the standard valve and plug the other
    end into the solenoid. Once done use the cable ties provided to secure the loom.
    6. Undo the hose clamp, holding the intake pipe to the air filter with a 7mm hose clamp driver.

    7. Undo the four T20 Torx holding the top of the air box to the bottom section. Then remove
    the top part of the air box.
    8. Remove the bottom of the air box by pulling upwards to realease it from its rubber mounts.
    9. Using a 8mm socket and ratchet undo and remove the 8mm bolt holding the air flow sensor
    into the manifold. Then pull upwards on the sensor to remove it.

    10. Fit the sensor to the aliminium vac block supplied, then fit the vac block to the inlet manifold
    using the philips screw provided.
    11. Using the vac tube provided cut to desired lenght to fit accordingly to the diagram below.
    Use the cable ties provided to secure the vac pipe and prevent it from fouling the cooling
    fan.
    12. Refit the air box using steps 8, 7 and 6.
