    2022 SCHOOL- BASED BSP- GSP SCOUTING CELEBRATION

    To: All BSP/ GSP Leaders


    All BSP/ GSP Registered Members and other concern

    1. Pursuant to President Proclamation No. 1326, s 1974, and as per BSP Bulacan Council
    Memorandum no. 13, s. 2022, the Boy Scout of the Philippines (BSP) will celebrate its
    86th Charter Anniversary and 2029 National Scouting Month Celebration on OCTOBER
    2022, with the theme, “ Sustaining Growth”and Pursuant to the NHQ Circular Number 23
    The Girl Scout of the Philippines continue to share the Girl Scouting light and uphold the
    Movements legacy of excellence, resilience, virtue, and service as we celebrate the Girl
    Scout Week on September 18-24, 2022 with the theme “The Girl’s Vision: A Sustainable
    World for All”.

    2. The purpose of the celebration is to showcase to the public and stakeholders the
    contribution of the BSP- GSP to nation- building over the past 86 through the
    development of the young people by actively engaging and supporting them to become
    agents of change in their respective communities

    3. Boy and GSP Scout members are enjoined to participate in the celebration. School is
    encouraged to adopt suggested activities or plan creative activities relative to the theme of
    celebration. The activities should be focus on the the following suggested areas:

    3.1 SUNRISE MASS/ PARADE


    3.2 LEADERSHIP, CHARACTER AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
    3.3 CHALLENGING AND ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES
    3.4 PATRIOTISM AND NATIONALISM
    3.5 COMMUNITY SERVICE AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
    3.6 ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES GEARED TOWARDS THE
    ATTAINTMENT OF THE WORLD SCOUT ENVIRONMENT BADGE OR ANY
    BADGES UNDER THE GREEN IS GO! GO FOR THE REAL THING PROJECT ( e.g.
    protecting water resources, energy conservation, planting trees, recycling waste)
