 Also witnessed the INC team for
Wednesday 2022 (8am to 8
4pm) troubleshooting hydro jet
motor and its solenoid
assembly.
 The operator explained and we
went for line tracing of the
SCAH system in boiler unit 3.
 Conducted coal sample for coal
feeders E, C, B, A.
 Usual routine inspection with
the operator.
 We also inspected embedded
chain conveyor with the
operator.
October 6,  Witnessed the operation of
Thursday 2022 (8am to sump pump in the boiler sump 8
4pm) pit because of overflowing in
the area.
 Reading and monitoring of
pressures, temperature and oil
levels of major and auxiliary
boiler equipment.
Friday October 7,  Routine inspection and reading 8
2022 (8am to with the operator.
 Conducted Fire Fighting
Surveillance Test.
 Conducted Emergency Diesel
Generator Surveillance Test.
Checked the parameter of the

generator before start up,
during and after the
surveillance test. The testing is
successful and no error
occurred.
