    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, JOZELLE JOSEPH C. CASTRO , of legal age, Filipino, married, with permanent address at 37B
    Rizal Tower, Rockwell Center, Makati City, Metro Manila do hereby name, appoint and constitute Mr.
    EDWIN G. SAN PEDRO, of legal age, married and presently residing at Block 02 Lot 20, Cyberville
    Subd., Tikay, Malolos City, Bulacan, Philippines as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
    name, place and stead for my own use and benefit, to do any or all of the following acts and things to wit:

    1. To represent me with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and all other Government Agencies
    particularly for processing of my TIN VERIFICATION.

    2. To execute and sign for and in my behalf, any documents which may be necessary for the transaction
    he entered into;

    3. To process and receive the documents pertaining to the transactions he entered into and to issue
    acknowledgement receipt therefore;

    4. And generally to do and perform all and every acts and things which may be requisite, necessary or
    proper to carry out the above purposes.

    Whereby giving and granting unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to perform each and
    every act necessary, requisite or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
    purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting with full power of substitution and
    revocation, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
    cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
