Having these guide questions in mind, consult your Resource Teacher on the possible assistance or
participation that you can do to help her/him in doing the classroom routines. Complete the matrix for
the routines that you can employ before, during and after classes in the classroom/remote learning to
ensure order and discipline in your classes. List down the problems which you have encountered while
implementing these routines.
Answer: Our cooperating teacher gives us the chance to talk with her about any potential help or
participation we might provide to help her with the online class routines. She wants that we create both
the lesson plan and the PowerPoint presentation. We were able to help her lessen her load as a result.
Some pupils don't have enough MB in their data and leave the class in the middle of a meeting because
of issues encountered when implementing the routine. Despite the scheduled time, there are still a lot of
students that are late for class. The pupil cannot comprehend basic directions like turning off the
microphone when someone is speaking. Parents are guiding the pupils who are being asked to read the
phrases because the students are having trouble reading aloud owing to the internet signal.
Notice
After doing your classroom routines and formulating your procedures; state what you noticed
by answering the following questions:
How did you feel after employing your classroom routines and establishing your procedures in
the classroom/remote learning?
Answer: I was relieved to see that the class flow is reasonably orderly and seamless, despite the
fact that certain pupils are overly boisterous. The involvement and engrossment of the students
prevents them from turning off their mics.
How did your students respond to your classroom routines and procedures?
Answer: Because they were engaged in the routines and processes, the students in an online
class exhibited good conduct.
What was the feedback of your Resource Teacher on your classroom routines and procedures?
Answer: My resource teacher gave me advice on how to enhance and continue more of the
routines in the classroom. In addition, she was happy that I had completed the work.
Was there a change in the classroom environment/teaching-learning process after you have
implemented your classroom routines and procedures?
There has been a change in the classroom environment as a result of the implementation of
classroom routines; the class flow is somewhat smoother, and I have noticed that there is
now connection with the learners.
Answer: The installation of classroom procedures has caused a change in the learning
environment; the class flow is now slightly smoother, and I have seen that there is now
connection with the students.
Analyze
1. What factors/conditions prompted you to establish those classroom routines and procedures?
Answer: One of the things that made me want to do something was the learners' lack of connection. As
we spend the next 2 days with them, I want to deepen our connection and relationship.
2. Was there a marked improvement in classroom management after employing your classroom
routines?
Answer: The management of the classroom has significantly improved, and as the lesson goes on,
everything gets more structured and the students get more engaged.
Reflect
What insights have you gained while doing this learning episode?
Answer: The observations I made about classroom routines throughout this learning session came from
my Resource Teacher. The goal is to keep enhancing classroom procedures since it will prepare me for
the future. Additionally, it gives me a general idea of how to engage with my students while putting the
established routines and procedures into practice. Additionally, I discovered some methods for
grabbing students' attention both offline and online.

Work On My Artifacts:
Take some snapshots of your routines in the classroom or in remote learning and tell something about
them. You may also write down the procedures you have formulated and explain the reasons for these.
