What is ANT Technology ?
✓“ANT ORGANIC STABIIZER” is registered in Russia and it
enhances the capabilities of the soil/marginal aggregates
etc. and it also eliminates disadvantages associated with
traditional road construction method. Our product “ANT
ORGANIC STABILIZER” is a proven technology and can be
used for any type of road construction.

✓Its action is aimed at carrying out oxidation –reduction

reactions in the stabilized soil, as a result of which new
crystalline bonds are formed between the soil particles. Due
to this, the stabilized soil acquires high physical and
mechanical properties, such as strength, water resistance,
frost resistance and others .
ADVANTAGES OF “ANT STABLIZER”
ANT STABILIZER has numerous advantages over the conventional CTSB/ CTB
as well as over the existing additives being presently used.

• Haulage : Compaction can be done even 8 to 10 hours after mixing

• Transport : Easily manageable. Per cum additive consumption very less
• Curing : No curing required on base/ sub base layer after compaction
• Bituminous : DBM/BC layer can be laid within 7 days
• Economy : Cost equivalent/ Cost negative
• Machinery : Easy implementation using conventional machines
• Subcontracting : Turnkey execution using subcontractors is easy
ROAD CONSTRUCTION ISSUES
ISSUES ANT Solutions
✓Mining problem ✓No aggregate required
✓Heavy traffic ✓Meant to bear heavy load
✓Heavy rain ✓Water resistant
✓Flood, higher HFL ✓Stand alone on weaker soil
✓Freq. Maintenance ✓No maintenance req.
✓Quality control ✓Full engineering undertaken
✓Machineries ✓Basic machine req.
BENEFITS OF ANT ORGANIC STABILIZER`
CONVENTIONAL CEMENT CEMENTITIOUS BASE/SUB -BASE WITH
PARAMETERS REMARK (if Any)
TREATED BASE/SUB BASE ANT ORGANIC STABILIZER
•100 % Granular material •50-30 % Granular material required only •Due to the use of low-price materials, a decrease in the
required ( Standard AIV value {Aggregate( AIV <40 ) ,Aggregate , Stone Dust thicknesses of the levelling and finishing layers of the
etc.) &overburden material etc.} road structure, the high strength of the ANT Stabilized
COST
•Extra Manpower & Machinery •No curing therefore no machinery & manpower layer, and a reduction in the construction periods, this
required for curing for curing technology lowers road construction cost
•More cement required •Less cement Required
•ANT ORGANIC STABILIZER created high strength and
water resistant layer to deformations. It does not fear
impacts of high loads, water, cycles of frosting and
DURABILITY •Less Durable •More durable
defrosting etc.in 12 cycle tests mass loss in case of ANT
stabilized layer is normally 2-4 % as against 10-20 % in
case cement stabilization.
•4.5 MPa very easily achieved in 7 days and goes
•4.5 MPa with difficulty using 5% after 7.0 MPa & more in 28 days ( as testing for
STRENGTH
cement soil stabilized material is recommended after 28
days as per code)
•Can be done In-Situ, where is 50 % of the local
soil may be used .
EASE OF EXECUTION •Has to be done in central plant
NOTE:- No standard material with AIV < 30 % is
required to achieve the strength etc.
•ANT mix can be laid and compacted up to 8-10 hr after
LAYING & COMPACTION mixing thus giving a lot of time to compact even after
TIME
• 0-2 Hr • 8-10 Hr
mixed material is brought from long distance. Thus lot
of flexibility in haulage and hot summer condition.
•ANT ORGANIC STABILIZER modifies the composition
• Standard curing process of cement molecules & reduce/minimize heat of
CURING • No Curing required
required hydration so there is no curing required on the
pavement after compaction
