When lift is operated, oil will flow through
the valve to the lower chambers of the
cylinders.

The oil displaced from the upper
chambers of the cylinders will be
diverted into the lower chambers
of the cylinders. This flow adds to
the flow from the lift control valve P
to give a faster lift speed.

When the pressure in the lift line reaches
200 bar the regeneration valve will move
across to allow excess flow from the top
chambers back to tank.

For lowering the valve moves to allow the oil
from the lower chambers of the cylinders to
return to tank. The lowering is gravity
influenced, some oil will flow into the top
chambers to prevent any cavitation.
