    Greetings from CSSI,

    We hope you are well and safe.

    Here is a handy list of documents that you need to carry to the clinic when you go for your PEME
    (Pre-Employment Medical Examination)

    1. Passport size Photographs (08)


    2. Covid vaccination certificate for both the doses.
    3. All vaccination cards
    4. Passport Copy
    5. Print of the attached medical letter or a copy on your phone with the details filled in (This
    is mandatory else you will not be allowed to complete your PEME)

    Couple of things for you to note:


     Report to the clinic on an empty stomach at 09:30am
     Fix an appointment with the clinic prior to your visit. The clinic may not be able to
    accommodate you without an appointment.
     Finally, check your PEME certificate for any spelling errors in your name, date of issue /
    expiry. If any, do bring it to the notice of the clinic for them to rectify it immediately
     In the event that you are made Temporarily Unfit, the doctor will advise you to report to
    him after a specified time for reassessment. Please note that unless a FIT certificate is
    received from the doctor, the Carnival Support Services office in Mumbai will be unable to
    progress with the other pre-joining formalities. You have to visit the same clinic for fitness
    in case you are Temporary Unfit until the clinic clears you.
     The dress when attending clinic will be smart casual. Bermuda's / shorts are not allowed.
