How do I reach out to customer help desk for
any quiry/question/doubt/discussion?
You can book a health test on the healthians website through the following ways
Select a package that best suits your requirements or doctor recommended tests from the "Health Checkup
Packages". You will be prompted to update your location on top right of the screen - please select the
location for which you wish to see the packages (for example, if you live in Gurgaon, and you wish to check
packages for your parents who live in Indore, please select Indore in location prompt.)
You can also choose tests based on your Health Risk areas by selecting from various health risks listed on
our homepage.
You can also choose tests based on your lifestyle and habits.
For specific tests, search in the "Search Box"
Once you have selected the package click on the book now option.
Enter your phone number and the OTP you receive. Update details of members who you want to add on
for the test. Update a convenient date and time for sample collection.
Select a payment method and complete your order
Once you complete your order, your summary page will open with details of your booking.
Yes, you can add any additional tests you require. You can call our customer care or ask the phlebotomist
to add these tests. You can pay the phlebotomist directly or request for an online payment link for such
tests.
You can chat with our health experts via the chat window at bottom right corner of the website & provide
details of your health condition to get the right advice on preferred tests. You can also call us on 999-888-
000-5 to get recommendations.
You can see the list of parameters included in each package when you open the specific package page.
Yes, you can add more than one member for a health test. While placing your order there will be an option
for you to select the number of members you want the test for.
Healthians is a direct to customer business with no middlemen involved. Also we have our own labs as well
as partner labs where all the processes are controlled internally. Through a combination of the above
factors we are able to control our costs and transfer the benefit to our customers in the form of lower

You will receive an SMS with the details of your booking and your sample collection time slot on your
registered mobile number immediately after you book a test. You can also check "My bookings" section in
your app or on your account on web.If you have opted-in for Whatsapp communication, you will be
notified over Whatsapp as well.

Your samples will be collected from the convenience of your home or office at a time slot you have chosen.
No, we generally do not levy any home collection charges. However, a nominal fee is charged if your order
is below ₹499 and your blood sample pickup timeslot falls during our peak service hours (6am-10am).
These charges will reflect in the final payment page.
The date and time of your sample collection will be messaged along with booking details immediately post
booking. You will also receive intimation about the phlebotomists arrival prior to your alloted sample
collection time. You can also connect with your phlebo over a call, on their phone number that you receive
in the SMS.
Our sample collection process is extremely safe and hygienic. All our phlebotomists are diploma holders in
lab technology (DMLT) and highly skilled at their jobs. Our propreitary SmartPrik technology ensures that
your blood sample collection process is almost painless.
Our phlebotomists apply a barcode label to your sample immediately after collection. With the help of our
Blackcode technology these unique barcodes are identified, thus there is no chance of samples getting
mixed.
We have a wide network of partner labs across regions in India. Your samples will be sent to the lab located
closest to your sample pickup location.
Though such instances occur rarely, reasons for rejection can be:
2.Hemolysis in samples- It's a condition in which RBC (Red Blood Cells) breakdown, leading to the release of
hemoglobin from within the red blood cells into the blood plasma. Samples affected by hemolysis are
rejected as per Healthians protocol to avoid inaccurate results. (Hemolysis may occur due to an
autoimmune disorder, or if the sample is drawn from thin veins).
3.QNS : Quantity not sufficient- Sometimes the quantity of blood sample required to conduct multiple tests
may not be deemed sufficient by the lab.
At healthians, we try to provide you reports at the earliest possible. The delivery of reports depends on
your location. You can view your expected delivery time on the selected test page. This takes around 24-48
hours.
Your soft copy will be sent on registered email id and Whatsapp. You can also check your smart report in
"My Reports" section on the App. To obtain a hardcopy, Rs 199 additional courier charges apply. You'll get
the report within 3-4 Workings days from DTDC courier partner.

number mentioned in the message. No, the Report Counselling and dietician consultation is completely
free.

Once you cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation call from our CS team, who will take a note of
your bank account details in which your refund will be processed. For all modes of payment (Debit/Credit
Card, COD, e-Wallet, any other), your refund will be processed via NEFT in your bank account, within 7-10
working days.
Healthians ensures accuracy of reports. However, in case there is a discrepancy in our test results in

Our TAT for ticket resolution is 24 hours. However, the exact time to resolve a case will depend on the
nature of the case.
Please note, the TAT for issues related to hard copy report is 72 hours.
There is usually no risk associated with a Full Body Health Checkup. However, some people may feel a slight
sting when a needle is pricked to collect a blood sample or experience some bleeding that is normal and
usually not bothersome. Rarely, some people may also experience slight swelling or bruising at the site of
the needle prick. Applying ice 3-4 times a day for about a week may help reduce swelling and bruising. If it
does not get better, consult your doctor.
A Full Body Health Checkup includes pathology tests that focus on the functioning of various organs. It offers a kidney panel with GFR, liver function test,
lipid profile, thyroid profile, diabetes screening, complete blood count, iron test, and urine examination. However, test components may vary in different
laboratories.
