    Toolkit : TOKI0B5/CL Contents:
    2 1. User Guide USB Stick.
    2. Clutch Assembly Remover/Installer.
    3. Press Support.
    4. Holder for Clutch clearance adjustment.
    3 5. Press Plate disassembly ( Top ).
    6. Plug ( Lower ) for assembly.
    1 8 7. Press Plate ( Top ) for assembly.
    8. Press to release Spring Package K2.
    4 9. Dummy Plate 4.05 mm for clearence adjustment K1.

    Remove the 5 x M6 bolts

    Install Tool Nr. 2

    Remove Clutch Assembly K1/K2

    Disassembly K2 Spring Package and Piston

    Place Tool Nr. 5 to avoid any


    damage of the position of the
    two 6 mm Bolts

    Attention!! : Take note of the running Direction!!!!

    K1 Running Direction Clockwise

    K2 Running Direction Anti Clockwise

    Dis assembly Spring Package and K2
    Piston
    Place Tool Nr. 8 on the Spring Package

    Note : Slot position Clipring

    Press the Spring Package
    down till the clip is free.
    Release the Clip ring out of
    the Groove
    Release the Pressure

    Disassemble Clip and Spring Package

    Disassemble Clutch Piston K2

    Before Disassembly
    Mark Position
    Remove the 4 Seal rings

    Press Plate Nr. 5 Plates should be exact in the


    groves to avoid deformation.
    And locked with the two
    Bolts.

    Start of Assembly
    Put a line over the center of the feedhole of K2 under 90⁰

    Place Tool Nr. 6
    And turn the Clutch

    Line should be in
    the center of the
    hole and in
    center of the ball

    1.0 mm
    1.2 mm

    Check
    position

    Press carefull about 1 mm realease and press


    again to press the Bus strate on the Shaft

    For adjusting the End clearance of K1 use the dummy Plate Tool Nr. 22 instead of the Inputshaft End cover

    Clutch clearance K1/K2 1.5 – 1.7 mm


    K1 Before measuring and adjusting the clearance K2
    apply clutch 4-5 times. With 3-4 bar airpressure
