    First and foremost, I have thoroughly enjoyed the

    roundtable discussions. So thank you all! I am very


    grateful for your collective participation.

    Over the past week, I have learned and/or have had


    reinforced a number of important things while we were
    creating this program on the work immersion of our
    beloved students.

    I have been reminded of how much there is to talk about


    in education! I am also keenly aware of the incredible
    benefits inherent in talking with TEACHERS AND
    STUDENTS WHO WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN OUR
    WORK IMMERSION FOR THIS YEAR” The medium we
    used for this ORIENTATION is an interesting option
    which presents both benefits and challenges. The
    advantage of the tool is that it provides the opportunity
    to connect within the confines of hectic and varied
    schedules. Simply understanding the positive outcomes
    from these important educational responsibilities will
    help us understand the significance of the work
    immersion.
    The success of this program will all depend on how we
    could use the benefits of communication. As we all know
    quality communication in the workplace can eliminate
    unnecessary problems and promote better performance.
    The ability to communicate effectively in the workplace
    can increase overall productivity and create a strong
    team.
    When teams fail to communicate effectively,
    the results are detrimental to the company or to the
    school.
    GOOD LUCK GRADE 12 STUDENTS AND TEACHERS
    PLEASE CONTINUE GIVING THEM PROPER GUIDANCE
    BECAUSE THE THINGS THAT THEY WILL LEARN HERE IN
    WORK IMMERSION WILL SURELY BE BENEFICIAL IN THEIR
    FUTURE ENDEAVORS
