Your24™ and Suite Night Awards™ are some of our
most elevated Elite benefits.
• Ambassador Service is the highest level of service
for any Elite level. Ambassadors advocate for
members to make their stays highly personalized
and memorable.
• Your24 is a benefit for Ambassador Elite members
that gives them the flexibility to check in and
check out outside of normal arrival and departure
times. For example, members who check in at
9 p.m. don’t have to check out until 9 p.m. on their
day of departure. Requests are communicated
through a personal Ambassador.
• Suite Night Awards (SNAs) are confirmable
upgrades for select premium rooms or standard
suites on a per-room, per-night basis, subject to
availability.
- Elite members who have achieved 50 or 75
eligible nights annually may select SNAs as part
of their Annual Choice Benefits.
- Members request SNAs when booking online,
through Member Support or through the
Marriott Bonvoy App.
- SNAs may be used on eligible paid stays as well
as free-nights stays and Cash + Points stays at
participating hotels.
- Members can contact Member Support to
request an SNA anytime after they make their
reservation until 2 p.m. on the day before arrival,
local time.
