    What have you learned from the experience?

    A business simulation game is the best way to learn, and we have learned a lot about a company with its
    dynamic and interactive learning environment. It helps us in drawing and applying what we have learned
    in our course. In the real world if someone made a bad decision then this thing leads to a lot of loss but
    in a business simulation, we can try different inputs scenarios to get the desired outcome for our
    business. So, it helps us in paying full attention to the development of the market and helps us find
    different ways to survive in a competitive business environment along with beating the competition for
    us. Business simulation teaches us that how we can learn to form our previous mistakes.

    As in business simulation, we must compete with other virtual companies which gives us the experience
    of real-world competition. So, for beating the competition we must work as a team which brings us to
    that how effective teamwork can lead a business toward success. This thing helps us in learning about a
    sense of responsibility, the importance of communication, knowledge sharing, and strategy. As business
    simulation works in controlled scenarios according to the specific course so this thing helps us in the
    application of our course material in the business simulation helps us in the application and interactive
    learning different course concepts easily.

    As business simulation puts different teams in different functions of business that includes finance,
    logistic, marketing, and production, etc. so this brings a holistic understanding of the different disciplines
    of the business to us. The business simulation also helped us in bringing insight into the different
    departments of business and what relationships these departments have with each other. Through
    business simulation, we understand that how different decisions of these businesses can lead towards
    getting bottom-line performance from the business.

    We may conclude that the business simulation provided us with the opportunity to better illustrate the
    many theoretical ideas associated with the business environment. The experience aided us in
    developing skills such as collaboration and improved decision-making capabilities.  It also carries with it
    a wide range of various strategic abilities. This also assists us in developing a variety of technical abilities
    inside ourselves. We learn what to do when there is a problem, as well as how to prevent an issue from
    occurring in the first place. It also aids in the development of excellent communication and collaboration
    abilities in us. It also aids us in recognizing the larger picture in every scenario that we encounter in the
    business simulation.
