The purpose of the exercise was to show the ability to handle hardware correctly and safely while following
precautions to not harm the equipment.

Pubudu Ltd has decided to set up a new computer support to the department in house. As a Senior Support
hardware Technician you are responsible for setting up new procedures. These include producing
acceptance plans for hardware and software, the production of security policies, health and safety
requirements and setting standards for user documentation
