    The Second Quarter Performance Tracking was held on August 25, 2019 there were 20 parents
    and guardians who attended the meeting. And the meeting started at exactly 7:00 in the
    morning and the following agenda were discussed:
     Distribution of report cards of the students
     Behavior of students
     Failing grades of the students
     Miscellaneous fees

    Minutes of the Meeting
    Grade 8 Marigold
    January 25, 2020

    The following agenda were being discussed with the parents:

     Miscellaneous fee
     Behavior of the students
     Failing grades of the students
     Incomplete grades
     P.E. uniform

    • First thing in the morning was the arrival of parents.


    • After the parents had arrived, the teacher let the parents signed the cards of the
    students.
    • The teacher had a discussion with the parents about their child’s grades.
    • After which is the awarding of certificate of recognition and complete attendance
    to the deserving students.
    • Some questions were raised during the meeting such as the availability of the PE
    uniform.
    • The parents also asked the teacher about the behavior and the attendance of
    their children.
