You are hereby admitted to the TCS iON ELI/RDE Certification on the date and time at the venue mentioned above.
Ÿ Please hand over your admit card to the invigilator in the respective certification room.
Ÿ Ensure that you reach 15 minutes prior to the gate closure time. Candidates reporting after the time mentioned above will not be
allowed to appear for the online certification.
Ÿ Please identify and familiarize yourself with the location of the Test Center before the day of the test.
Ÿ Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination room without the permission of the test administrator.
Ÿ Please carry this admit card, a photograph and photocopy of original Govt ID proof to the test center, failing which you will not be
allowed to enter the test center.
Important Note:
Ÿ CCTV surveillance will be ON for this exam. After the exam, Dupe Check i.e. thorough analysis on copying will be initiated based on
candidate-exam data.
Ÿ Strict action will be taken against persons found to be involved in any malpractice.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. The certification will be conducted online. You will be required to enter your Login ID and Password on the computer assigned to you to
enter the Online Exam site. Please ensure that your name and other details which subsequently appears on the screen are correct.
2. Your responses (answers) will be analyzed with responses from other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong
answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores
obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be cancelled and/or the result will be withheld.
3. Use of laptops, books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phones etc. is not permitted in this certification
examination. Candidates are advised not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/pagers to the venue of certification
as safety arrangement cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while
appearing for the certification examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the certification examination will
be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers.
4. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in
any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the
papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19
1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. Candidate must bring their own Mask, Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water Bottle, a simple pen and the exam
related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam venue.
3. A Candidate must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his mobile phone. The Aarogya Setu dashboard must show candidate’s risk
factor. A candidate will have to show this dashboard to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY. In
case a candidate does not have a smart phone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration is provided
along with this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
4. Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be allowed entry into the exam venue.
5. Entry of Candidates will be given as per Time Slot given on Hall ticket to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.
6. Temperature of a candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun. Only those candidates will be allowed
inside the exam venue whose temperature is within the acceptability limits as approved by competent authorities.
7. Mapping of ‘Application No. and the Lab Number’ will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the
candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID verification.
8. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles draw at the entry points
9. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured
during the registration process.
10. Candidates will be under CCTV coverage throughout the exam procedure.
11. Candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot mentioned in the admit card AND/OR informed via SMS
on their registered mobile number prior to exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the
test center will be provided based upon the individual’s time slot ONLY.
