For learners who still need more guidance to master the
competency, use the “Connecting Pictures strategy” wherein
the students need to connect the pictures about the different
mixing techniques in preparing bread.

2. Reinforcement
The teacher uses the video presentation. Let the students will

The teacher employs the “jigsaw method” strategy.
•Each group of 3 members will pick pictures.
•Groups will be given a few minutes to create their
conversation on how to properly mix the ingredients in

Answer the “What I Can Do” part of the module on page 12.
NOTE: The teacher may opt to present other activities
parallel to the competency.

E. Summative Assessment 
• Based on the assessment presented in the module on p.14,
instruct the learner to answer a 10-item quiz on Self-
Learning Module.

REMINDER:  Inform the learners that those who will get a


score of 75% will be a part of the intervention/remediation
