    AS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE SECOND PARTYSHALL WORK FOR THE FIRST PARTY

    (TO WORK FOR ADAM PHOTOGRAPHIC E.S.T) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS BELOW

    MENTIONED AGREEMENT AS OF ALBUM/GIFT BOX MAKER EMPLOYEE IN ADAM PHOTOGRAPHIC E.S.T...

    1) THE FIRST PARTYSHALL PAY TO THE SECOND PARTY DURING THE LATTER’S PERFORMANCE OF HIS

    DUTIES, A MONTHLY SALARY OF 2,000 SAUDI RIYAL. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT/S O/V 05-

    02-2023 AND CORRESPONDING TO UNTIL FULL 2 YEAR DURATION. IT SHALL BE RENEWABLE FOR ANOTHER

    PER LOAD OF 2 YEAR UNDER THE SAME TERMS AND CONDTIONS UNLESS EITHER PARTY EXPRESS HIS

    DESIRE IN WRITING NOT TO RENEW THIS AGREEMENT AT LEAST 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF

    COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT.

    2) THE SECOND PARTYSHALL BE ENTITLED TO AN 2 YEAR VACATION OF 60 DAYS AFTER EACH 24 MONTHS

    OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. SALARY FOR VACATION SHALL BE PAID IN ADVANCE.

    3) THE SECOND PARTY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THEIR COMPULSORY WORKING SCHEDULES ARE 10 HOUR’S A
    DAY WHICH IS STARTING FROM AT 8.30 AM —12 PM THEN AT 4 PM TO UNTIL AT 10.30 PM
    ACCORDINGLY. WEEKLY ONCE DAY OFF (MONTHLY 4 DAYS) SHALL BE APPLICABLE.
