Paprika & Garlic Keto Wraps
Ingredients:
Instructions:
• In a bowl, mix together flaxseed, salt, paprika and garlic until well combined.
• Using a wooden spoon, stir in the boiling water until a dough is formed.
• Divide the dough into four balls, flatten slightly and cover with a sheet of greaseproof
paper. Roll each ball with a rolling pin until each wrap is 3mm thickness.
• Heat the cooking spray in a large frying pan and cook each wrap for 1 minute on each
side.

Halloumi Wrap with Spinach & Mushroom
Ingredients:
• 1 large egg.
• 2 oz halloumi (grated).
• ¼ cup baby spinach.
• ¼ cup mushrooms (sliced).
• Cooking spray.
Instructions:
• Place the egg and grated halloumi in a blender until a smooth batter is created.
• Heat the cooking spray in a large frying pan. Pour in the batter and cook for 2 minutes
on each side.
• Allow to cool and fill with spinach and mushrooms.

• In a bowl, mix together almond flour, flax, psyllium husk, paprika, garlic powder and chili
flakes.
• Gently stir in the egg and gradually add the water until a dough is formed.
• Split the dough into six balls, flatten and roll into circular wrap shapes.
• Heat the cooking spray in a large frying pan; cook each wrap for 1 minute per side until
browned.
• Sprinkle onion across the wrap and then layer pepper and avocado.

• In a blender, mix together egg whites, hemp hearts and almond flour.
• Heat the cooking spray in a large frying pan; pour in the batter and swirl until a circular
wrap is formed. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Repeat with remaining batter.
• Spread the wrap with mayonnaise, sprinkle over with cheese, place on the chicken and
avocado; sprinkle over with chili flakes.
