    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Title: Head Of HR


    Objective/Purpose Manage the HR Department
    Department HR
    Location Head Office, Cairo, Egypt.
    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
    Directly Reports To HR Manager- Opay
    Supervises

    Job Duties Responsibilities/Accountabilities

     Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
     Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
     Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
     Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
     Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps
    the strategy up to date
     Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
     Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
     Manage expat accommodation facilities.
     Handle cost reduction projects as the call center move.
     Manage the human capital.
     Manage negotiation with benefits contract (ex: medical and life insurance)
     Manage the social insurance file.
