Supervision
Your use of supervision, how you and your agency supervisor worked together to meet your learning needs. How the University supervision helped you in your learning practice.
Achievements
Discuss the extent to which you have achieved your stated objectives and goals (also highlight your own strengths).
Challenges
Discuss the challenges you encountered during your placement and how you dealt with them and lessons learnt (also highlight own weaknesses).
Case Study
The student is required to provide a case study from their placement experience and demonstrate the use and application of theoretical underpinnings and social work methods.
Recommendations
2 To improve service delivery /functions of the agency or any recommendations to improve the future conduct of fieldwork placements
Conclusion
The last section of the report giving prominence to the student’s successes during the attachment and recapping on the main points of the technical section (s)
