 Coordinate and secure staff travel request approvals and TER approvals
 Prepare staff travel advances and per diem payments
 Support staff accommodation bookings
 Support procurement officer on procurements and other procurement delegations
 Review and prepare payments in time on a timely basis

 Support preparation of the Quarterly VAT Report, follow up with vendors for receipts
