matters ranging from project management, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Public
Administration affairs, Administration, Human Resource Management, education teaching,
logistics, procurement, loan officer and organization management. I have proven track record
Strategic Management, Economic and M&E, possess excellent planning, administration,
Negotiation and facilitating skills. I have excellent interpersonal skills and have gained good
Accounting and Entrepreneurship skills through my experience while working as a teacher of
accounting and Entrepreneurship in WDA institution.

 2013-2016: Masters in Business Administration (MBA): Specialist in Project
Management.
Here I got specific knowledge at the courses like Project Fundamental( project scope
management, stokehold management , project life cycle, work breakdown structure, project
networking and scheduling critical path…) Monitoring and Evaluation( Causal analysis,
project design, program logics model); Capital budgeting ( analysis of the best project to
implement ) and Project Procurement, Managerial economics, Management accounting and
Financial Management.

 2009-2012: University study (Ex: National University of Rwanda: nur): Bachelor’s
degree in Economics (AO) specialist in monetary economics
There I got specific skills about portfolio management, micro and macro economics models and
economic development and international trade. Computer skills: SPSS; Eviews; Microsoft Word
and Excel programs.
 2004-2007: Secondary education: human sciences (A2) at E.S. SUMBA
There I got specific knowledge about Economics, Geographic and history of Rwanda

 2016:
 A research about “Analysis of effective capital budgeting and earned value management to
the evaluation of project” A research conducted at energie verte & elevage project. There I
got the skills about proper management of project resources, and negotiation skills.
 Monitoring and evaluation officer of PROMACO ltd: there I developed my administrative
skills and decisional skills
 2015: Manager sole proprietorship (PAPETERIE UMUCYO)
 How to carry out daily business records ( accounting records)
 Track the quality of the service delivered to the customers.
