The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility
conditions for recruitment as per the instruction and advertisement. Their recruitment to
any of the stages of the examination will be purely provisional, subject to satisfying all the
prescribed eligibility conditions.
Candidate’s Name: - Please fill the First Name, Middle Name and Last Name that you wish to apply
for SRFTI. First Name is mandatory and other names optional. For example, the snapshots
areprovided as under. Aslo need to check the check box shown above candidate name:
Gender: The candidates should fill the appropriate Gender from amongst the Male/Female/Other.
Category: The candidates should fill the appropriate category from amongst the Un-Reserved/ EWS/
SC/ ST/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer). Dependent to which state you are belongs to.
Date of Birth: The Candidate should enter the Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/
Secondary Examination Certificate. Please select the Year of Birth first activate the calendar
options of Month and Date.
Physical Disability: Please ensure if you have any physical disability then to mention in this field.
Email Address: Please provide valid E-mail address during Initial Registration Process. We suggest you
to use an email account that you check frequently.
Mobile No: Please provide valid Mobile Number during Initial Registration Process. We suggest you to
use a mobile number that you check frequently and kindly click on to send Mobile OTP button after
that check your Registered Mobile number and copy the OTP and paste it in Mobile OTP Text box as
shown in the below screenshot.
After that, Candidate need to enter the captcha code and click on the submit and continue button to
submit.
BASIC REGISTRATION COINFIRMATION PAGE
Basic registration confirmation Page: Post submit button we are able to see the below
mentioned screen for registration completion. Your Application No. and Password Is generated
here. Also email and SMS sent to respective candidates.
Then, Click on Login to continue button if you want to go for Login page.
Step 2: COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORM
To complete the application process, Candidates has to LOGIN through his Application Number
and Date of Birth.
Enter Application Number and date of birth which was sent to your E-mail and Mobile number.
Type the Captcha code in the Text box which is given in the Image After clicking on Login, you
will be directed to second step of the registration and the tab title “Personal Details” will open,
personal Information details already kept in basic registration page will be displayed here,
candidate has to enter some more information accordingly
All the Details which are filled in Basic Registration page that will come in Step 2.
Registration Second Step Personal Details:-
Father’s Name, Mother’s Name & Guardian’s Name has to be entered in the below mentioned
fields:
Candidate need to fill the ID PROOF and ID PROOF CARD number Shown in below image:
In the Address for Correspondence & Permanent Address fields, Candidate need to enter their
full Address in the Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 and PO, State/UT, City/District and Pin code
accordingly as mentioned below. If permanent address is same as correspondence address,
please tick the box as mentioned in below screenshot.
Steps to fill the Education Details:

Candidate need to update Educational details like Qualification Acquired/Examination
Passed, Stream, Board/University, School/College/Institution, Year of Passing, Total
marks, Obtained Marks and Percentage of marks will automatically update.
Add New Row Button will insert new record.
Need To select Yes or No for above question If you select Yes then a course has been added to Course
selection Page in Group A and If Select No then the same Course has been removed from the same.
Test Center needs to select from the dropdown
Select the test center from each of the drop down and click on disclaimer Check box to
proceed. Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE button and then it will redirect to Photo Upload
page.
Step 3: Photograph, Signature and Documents

This Save and continue button only comes when the Photo, Signature and Required Documents
are successfully uploaded and according to Advertisement and Instructions.
Candidate has to re confirm all the details. At this stage the entire application details as
entered will be visible to the candidate and same should be kept carefully. At this stage an
option to EDIT the personal details, Education qualification, Test Centre, Photo, Signature and
Required Documents by clicking on the Edit Application button. In case there are no
correction to be made candidate can move to next step to make the payment click on
CONTINUE TO PAYMENT page as mentioned in the below screen.
Please click on the check box then two buttons is there if you want to Edit application then click
on Edit application Button and if you want to do Payment then click on Continue to Payment
Button.
When you clicked on Continue to Payment Button on the Preview page then it will redirect to
you to this page. This Page contains Course selection that you want to select for the application
and accordingly the Payment will come based on the Course you selected.
It Contains 3 group A, B, and C
Group A: Group A contains courses are listed below:
PRODUCING FOR FILM AND TELEVISION
ANIMATION CINEMA
SCREEN ACTING
SCREEN WRITING (FILM, TV AND WEB SERIES)
ELECTRONIC AND DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
One more course will come in Group A if you select YES for one question which is in personal
Details page i.e. Do you have Bachelor’s degree in applied art, architecture, painting,
sculpture, interior design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent?.If you select YES for this
question then only that course will come which is given below.
ART DIRECTION & PRODUCTION DESIGN.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE COURSES WHICH ARE OFFERED BY BOTH INSTITUTES, A
CANDIDATE NEED TO PAY REGISTRTAION FEE ONLY ONCE AND HE/SHE WILL BE CONSIDERED
FOR ADMISSION TO BOTH INSTITUTES.
A candidate can apply maximum one course from Group A, one course from Group B, and one
course from Group C. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Bank
charges for online transaction will have to be done by the applicant.
Step 6: Payment
After this course selection click on Click to Pay button as click it will show one Pop up which is
given below:
Click on Cancel Button if you want do any edit in Application or Click OK button if you want to do
Payment. As you click on OK button it will redirect to PAYMENT GATEWAY.
You can select any one of those Option which are appearing in the Above Image. For e.g. If you
are Choosing Card Option then you have enter your Card number, Expiry date, Name on the Card
and CVV Number and the submit after that you will redirect to OTP page Enter the OTP you will
get from your bank and Submit then automatically you will redirect to Registration slip.
Step 7: Registration Slip
As you the Complete the Payment then you will get the registration slip as shown in above image
as you see there are three buttons in Registration slip Print, Add the Course and Logout Button.
This Additional button Add the course button if you click on this button it will redirect to you to
Again on Course selection page but it will not show you that Group from which a Course is
already selected.
For e.g. You have already choose a course from Group A and you have done with the payment
also now again if you wish to select a course or want apply for another course also on that time
only Group B and Group C will appear for the second time and you can choose the course from
these two groups only and third time also same thing will happen.
