1. If you are thinking about this question seriously, then you might be already
giving interviews or preparing yourself to start to give interviews.
2. Prerequisites to be fulfilled before you start to focus on getting interview calls

3. After all the above steps get completed, you can now start to invest time in
creating your profile in job portals, applying directly through company
websites, asking for a referral, participating in job fairs.
4. Wait for a couple of days till you start getting interview calls before you can
assess your profile and make changes.
5. Be clear with FAQ by hiring managers to get shortlisted for the first round of
interview.
 Tips to talk to the hiring manager:
1. Avoid having a caller tune which can be sometimes considered unprofessional.

Skills:
🡪It’s a known fact that recruiters and databases search for profiles using keywords.
And there is a huge chance that yours won’t get included in the search results if it’s
not embedded with key skills. Your skills act as target keywords that boost the
ranking of your resume in a list of job applicants, as viewed by the recruiter.
🡪Select all relevant skills, and place them in the right order, with the most relevant
ones in the beginning. Keep the less important skills at the bottom.
Employment History:
🡪Complete your work history by adding all the companies that you worked for, one
by one.

search. So make sure to include all the necessary skills along with few software

in.

recruiter messages.
4. Try to have ~90% of profile completion to list your profile on the top.
