    I. TITLE
    This activity will be called the “One-Day Seminar Workshop on the Crafting of
    AIP and APP for the Year 2022”

    II. RATIONALE
    The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a roadmap that lays down specific
    interventions that a school, with the help of the community and other
    stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three consecutive school years.
    Other equally important documents, the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) and
    the Annual Procurement Plan (APP), are formulated to provide a more detailed
    roadmap with all the requisite activities, programs, and projects for the
    accomplishment of the different goals and targets mentioned in the SIP.
    The implementation of development programs integral to it are in the school
    such as projects under the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), the
    creation and mobilization of Learning Action Cells (LACs), and the preparation
    of the School Report Card (SRC). SIP seeks to provide those involved in
    school planning an evidence-based, systematic approach with the point of view
    of the learner as the starting point. Ultimately, it is envisioned to help schools
    reach the goal of providing access to quality education.
    Furthermore, the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 has brought
    tremendous challenges and changes to the schools. But now, with cases
    falling and vaccinations increasing, the end of the tunnel is within sight. With all
    public school teachers and their family members vaccinated, limited face to
    face classes is now expected to be piloted. As such, preparations need to be
    done. While these are still in the preparation phase, we need to maximize
    learning and focus resources for the realization of this goal.
    This seminar workshop will provide information and guidance to the
    personnel involved as to how the AIP and APP will be framed relative to the
    mission and vision of the school. It is in this premise that this training design
    was conceptualized.

    III. OBJECTIVES
    The one-day INSET aims for the Tolosa NHS teachers to do the following:
    a. Formulation of AIP and APP 2022

    IV. TRAINING STRATEGIES AND METHODOLOGIES


    This training will largely utilize interactive lecture method using virtual or online
    medium (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams), as well as collaborative
    learning activities in order to accomplish the different tasks through careful
    planning.
