    RECEVING INSPECTION CHECKLIST

    ACCEPTANCE
    Verify the following are acceptable per PO/Contract, Data Sheet & Design
    Drawings : YES NO N/A

    1.  Material Certificate (Which containing as minimum) :

    a)  Mill certificate shall make reference to the present Specification

     b)  delivery condition of base material and temperature of heat treatment

    c)  Ladle & product analysis including Carbon Equivalent (CE) and Pcm

    d)  Mechanical Properties

    e)  Certificate No. and date of issue

    2.  Completeness of document, as required on Contractual Document.

    3.  Confirm the origin of the material and its conformance with AML

    4.  Verify traceability of the material to a certifying document.

    5.  A physical examination (quantity, visual & dimensional).

    6.  A positive identification (Heat No, Serial, Tag or Cast No).

    7.  Verify that the material complies with specific chemical and/or mechanical
     properties.

    8.  Ensure all test & inspection (as required in applicable CES, data sheet,
    contractual document) and the availability of the records.

    9.  Where inspection/surveillance during manufacturing was requested, the


     presence of Inspection Release Note Certificate.
