Capacity (NFCC) SERVICES, CO dated 01 July 2021. It has an NFCC = Php

the Request for Price Quotation. D & D ENGINEERING SERVICES, CO
submitted a bid proposal amounting to One Million Seven Hundred
Forty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos and 00/100 (Php
1,748,800.00). After conducting a detailed evaluation of its financial
bid, the TWG established that the calculated bid amount is One
Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos
and 00/100 (Php 1,748,800.00). . The bid offer is below the ABC in
the amount of Two Million Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos
and 00/100 Pesos (PHP 2,062,500.00) and therefore compliant.

6. Findings:

The CAAP Area Center III-TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG) attests D & D ENGINEERING SERVICES, CO. has
complied with the Post-Qualification Requirements for the project: Construction of CSIS Office at Plaridel Airport.

Based on the submitted documents, validation, and verification, the BAC-TWG hereby finds the bid of D & D
ENGINEERING SERVICES, CO to be responsive.
