    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, ATTY. OSWALDO F. DISINI, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of No. 78
    Macoa St., Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City, do hereby name, appoint
    and constitute AURORA ZARAGOZAA – AQUINO, Filipino Citizen, of legal age and a
    resident of Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-
    FACT, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts of things, to
    wit:

    To SELL to any interested party a parcel of land located Barrio Bigbiga, Municipality of
    Santiago, Ilocos Sur, consisting of rice, cogon and pasture land with an area of FIFTEEN
    THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (15,224) sq. meter and covered by Tax
    Declaration No. 3992 – C;

    To sign, received and secure the amount which may be agreed upon for the purchase of
    the above-mentioned parcel of land and to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof, in our behalf
    and any other document which be required for the purchase thereof;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, full


    power and authority to do and perform whatever acts or things requisite or necessary or proper
    and to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as might or could
    lawfully do if personally present; and hereby confirming all my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
    shall lawfully do or cause to be done under by virtue of these presents:

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my signature this
    4 day of November 2021 at Quezon City, Philippines.
