INTRODUCTION
Technology resources means any electronic communication systems and

electronic equipment of the Region, including but not limited to the network, computers,

communication systems, peripherals, software, telephones and systems with similar

functions. Privileges and Responsibilities Employee access to the Region’s technology

resources is a privilege, not a right. With this privilege comes responsibility. The same

standards of behavior that apply during the regular school environment when used in

the Region’s technology resources.

Technology resources are to be used for identified educational purposes.

Limited personal use is permitted if the use imposes no tangible cost on the Region,

does not unduly burden the Region’s network resources, has no adverse effect on a

student’s academic performance, and complies with the expectations set out in this

Agreement. Use of personal technology devices that interferes with the student’s

studies is also prohibited. Employees will be held responsible for the improper use of

Region’s technology resources. All employees are responsible for complying with

federal, state, and local laws governing computer and telecommunications use, as well

as all other applicable school policies. Confidential student data may not be placed on

any employee-owned device in a manner that compromises the confidentiality of the

data. Any employee-owned or District devices used to access District email should be

password/passcode protected.
In today's world, every teacher needs to use technology in the

classroom. Technology in an educational aspect can be defined as any electronic

equipment used to support or foster learning. Students are exposed to all sorts of

technology in their everyday lives, so using technology in the classroom can be a way to

reach out to many students. Any available technological equipment can be useful

support to the learning process. Some schools are able to have computers in each

classroom, or even laptops for each student. If this is the case, then use this equipment

as much as possible. In language arts, students can use these to research, create

videos, write papers, and much more. Most high school students are just beginning to

develop their research skills and learning how to use evidence in papers and essays.

Using computers can provide the opportunity to teach students how to identify reliable

websites and relevant information. Tablets are another useful piece of technology in a

classroom. They can provide Internet access and can be used like laptops. Students

can also download different educational mobile apps. These apps can be used as

learning support for students with Individualized Education Programs, or IEPs, or even

just with students who struggle with a certain topic. Tablets can promote active learning,

which centers on students taking responsibility for their own learning, along with

reaching students with different learning styles and skills.

A new teacher survey has shown that

teachers believe technology can boost pupils’ literacy, but poor access to technological

resources and teacher training means many are missing out. The survey of 219
teachers by the National Literacy Trust and funded by Crick Software found that 87 per

cent of teachers believe technology can engage pupils with reading, writing, speaking

and listening, specifically in terms of motivation, enjoyment and confidence. What’s

more, despite nine in ten teachers agreeing that education should prepare young

people for the digital workplace, secondary students are at the greatest disadvantage

when it comes to access to, and use of, technology in the classroom. Three in four

teachers believe technology should be made available across the curriculum to support

literacy. Teachers consider technology to have a particularly positive impact on reluctant

readers and writers, boys, and less able readers and writers. Although the presence of

technology does not ensure equity and accessibility in learning, it has the power to

lower barriers to both in ways previously impossible. No matter their perceived abilities

or geographic locations, all learners

We conclude, that the use of technology

nowadays has a great effect on the students. Since face-to-face class starts again a lot

of students face a lot of struggles because of the shortage of technology. At last, the

researchers conduct the study to find out what are the alternative technologies used by

TVL students and what are the struggles they're facing because of the lack of

technologies in order to guide them on how it can be resolved.

B. Statement of the Problem
The primary objective of the study was to pay more attention of Technological
Resources used by the students.
Specifically, this research seeks to answer the following questions:
1. How many TVL students in Congressional Integrated High School experience
shortage in technological resources?

2. How the TVL students coped up with the struggles they are facing because lack
of technological resources?

3. What alternative technology did the TVL students of Congressional Integrated

High School used?

4. What are the propose plan given by the students to cope up in technological
shortage?

Hypothesis
1. There is no number of TVL students in Congressional Integrated High School
that experience shortage in technological resources.

2. There is no number of TVL students who coped up with the struggles they are
facing because lack of technological resources.

3. There is no alternative technology used by TVL students in Congressional

Integrated High School.

4. There is no propose plan given by the students to cope up in technological

shortage.
C. Scope and Limitation

The researcher analysis in technological resources used by the students enrolled in

TVL students of Congressional Integrated High School, SY 2022-2023. Each participant
will be given a survey questionnaire on how technological resources affects the
academic performance.

D. Conceptual Framework

Technological Resources TVL Students

Figure 1 shows the variables of the study, entitled Analysis of Technological Resources
Used by TVL Students in Congressional Integrated High School.
The independent variable was Technological Resources while the dependent variables were
TVL students.
Many students experience shortage of technology since the face-to-face classes starts. The
aim of this current study is to know what are the solution made by TVL Students that experience
shortage of technology in Congressional Integrated High School since the face-to-face classes
starts again. The biggest barrier to student learning is their lack of access to devices at home
and that this is especially true in rural and urban areas .
