GYNECOLOGIC DEPARTMENT

SECOND SEMESTER AY 202-2023

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Given 3 weeks exposure in the area, the level II students will be able to acquire the
knowledge, skills, and attitude in the care of woman with reproductive problems.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

Within 3 weeks exposure in the area, the level II students are expected to:

1. make a comprehensive assessment based on the history and physical examination;


2. formulate a comprehensive nursing care plan for the client;
3. perform nursing skills in the management of reproductive disorders;
4. provide psychological and physical support to clients who have reproductive disorders;
5. render appropriate bedside care for the assigned client;
6. evaluate nursing care given to client daily;
7. discuss thoroughly the case during the individual care conference and case presentation.

I. REPORTING TASK
A. A new leader is assigned to delegate the task randomly.
B. Oral (Reporting task) presentation and written output should be accomplished.
C. Use the following format:
a. Times New Roman
b. Font size 11
D. Use the same front cover format as previously utilized but use the current logo as shown
in the header and footer part.
E. Please see the reporting topics below, HIGHLIGHT in your discussion NURSING
