Contractor/Consultant. Comparison Between Tender and Construction stage and cost

Familiar with FIDIC/ICFAD Conditions of Contract.
Quantity take off, Material Enquiries and Quoting Quotations.
Rate built-up from first principles, price Analysis for the New Items which can be
