**kids and sport is a great mix you might say
.playing sport helps our children to build a healthy
mind, healthy body, and good relationships.teaching our children how to be a good player from an early age,we help him to get a huge experience to be a part of a team of a game that he choose to be a member of.once your child is racing for the finish line,or shooting the ball for a five goal he will be able to reinforce his selfconfidence.furthermore.the great thing about being part of junior sports is that our children get the chance to experience high and low emotional acts in a safe environment.moreover, sports gives your child a great opportunity to learn about being a part of a team,to collaborate within a group of people, how to bounce back from a loss, injuries…etc. In addition, sport teaches your child about how important to try hard even if this doesn’t mean winning. For example, your child might do a great effort during the game, but his team still lose the match.above all,the effort not the result what makes an experience success or failure.By encouraging a positive sport attitude ,the child will directly try to impress you and please you,and do what makes proud. In this case you will be your child’s own model;including sports and players wich interest you as a parent, that is to say,you can encourage a good sporting attitude by supporting your team even if they are losing the game.In fact, supporting and getting involved in your child’s sporting events;namely, coaching, managing the team,or scoring the match. The most important things is that sport makes us enthusiastic ,motivated, hungry for more to learn about new activities outdoor. There are lots of other fun ways our child can stay physically active if he wants to stop the competitive sport like; bike riding with family, beach activities like bodyboarding, dancing, going to the gym etc.
Playing sports has a range of physical, emotional, and interpersonal benefits on the child’s
health, meaning that children who spend time outdoors playing, especially organized sports, are less likely vision problems. Moreover, the child will develop the ability of social skills,in other words, he will be able to learn how to work in a team and support them,as a consequence the child will gain self-confidence.Most importantly, choosing the best sports program for your child is easier when he or she has a passoion or a talent for a particular sport, that makes it funnier and easier for her or him, what parents usually want the most for their children is to have fun and be successful at their chosen sport, but the key to their enjoying their sports experiences is by helping them choosing the right thing for them then by being a good role model for sportsmanship and commitment.
