    Reflective Essay
    Directions: Write a five-sentence paragraph reflective essay about the following questions.
    Your answer should be as well organized and as carefully written as you can make it. Kindly
    refer to the Rubric in the succeeding page for you to know and understand what the
    instructor’s expectation for the essay is and how you will be graded.

    1. If you were an artist, what kind of artist would you be?


    I would like to become a singer/ musician. Music is an art of expression and is a
    universal language. Through music, I could express my creativity in words and also the
    emotions, the insights of my soul. Personally, I can’t live without music. It is my way of
    communicating to others and showing my emotions toward others. Music makes my life
    more life and color.

    2. Why is art not nature?


    Art is a beautiful creation designed by man. On other hand, nature is real life beauty
    created by God. That is why art is not a nature but nature can be an image of art. Art is a
    man-made artificial construct created by man. It is man’s interpretation of objects perceived
    by him as art has been created by all people at all times.

    3. Why is art ageless and timeless?


    Ageless and timeless that is art. It is a classical style that never go out of fashion.
    Art varies from generation to generation which makes it connect a relationship to everyone.
    The ideas or emotions expressed with art are ones that are experienced universally, making
    its value independent of age and time.

    4. Why does art involve experience?


    Art is about the creativity of a person, the ability to create something beautiful.
    Other than creativity & imagination, the capabilities of an individual experience is important.
    A masterpiece is created when an artist expresses his/her self through art based on their
    experience. Fully expressing yourself and also using your limits as an advantage to create
    art. Art is a recording of human experience and this experience shaped an art.
