    Respected Sir,

    We hope to conduct the Fresher’s Moot for the 1st year students on 15th March, 2023 for which we need
    an approval of the budget for 10,000 Rupees and the bifurcation of the same is mentioned below:

    Items Amount
    Cash Prize to the Winner 2000
    Cash Prize to the Runner Up 1000
    Packets for the judges 6000
    Stationary 1000
    Total 10,000

    The total expenditure will cost us around Rupees 10,000 which we request to get in advance from the
    accounts department. Kindly grant us the same.
