In accordance with the mission-vision PHILIPPINE COLLEGE FOUNDATION – An

institution that produces competent professionals with skills, values and character acceptable
to the local and global community. One desire of the program to provide free quality
education to underprivileged working youth despite its limited resources is by having the
night classes. Philippine College Foundation has given a lot of help to the community, they
have shown and helped many students who want to graduate by providing scholarships such
as UNIFAST, it cannot be denied that the school is one of the providers of opportunities to
people who wanted to be able to study for free, the school has become a way to fulfil
everyone's dreams and have the opportunity to show that age and poverty are not barriers in
life to be able to study. Philippine College Foundation accepts students who are able to
combine time with work, family and study, that is, they have a Sunday school so that
everyone has the opportunity to balance time. Also about Clean Up drive program a school,
community and environment project designed to unite communities around in an activity to
demonstrate concern for our local environments. By participating in clean-ups, citizens can
create immediate results and permanent changes in their local areas. Clean-ups should serve
as catalysts for permanent changes in attitudes and behaviour and encourage adoption of
practices (recycling) that can have a profound effect on waste management in the community.
Clean Up drive purpose is to promote and encourage environmental awareness and discussion
of pollution and associated issues by encouraging and coordinating clean-up campaigns and
other activities at the community level. Clean-ups are carried out by groups of volunteers and
students working together in their own community to make that community a cleaner place in
which to live. The volunteers and students work together to remove garbage from designated
sites, taking care that disposal of that garbage is managed in a responsible manner. The sites
are often public areas such as waterways, park land, markets and roadsides and are chosen by
local organizers. Clean-ups are designed to be enjoyable activities that encourage citizens to
take greater care of their community. Reduction in garbage in public areas leading to
increased health, sanitation and safety standards. Increased awareness to waste minimization
and recycling, community involvement, including schools and local organizations Small
community campaigns have grown into national efforts. Focusing on few days each year
leads to long-term continuous observance.
C. Identify school activities and projects that aim to respond to the needs and demands of
culturally diverse global community.

Today’s education system is not just confined to academics but modern-day

schools focus on imparting skills to students like personality development,
confidence building, communication skills, etc. Cultural activities come into
play in instilling these skills in the students together with the community.
Encouraging students to participate in cultural activities is the most effective
way to inculcate personality-related skills. These include activities like dancing,
singing, sports, etc. Unfortunately, many parents and students find these
activities as total waste of time and energy. However, the truth is entirely
different as cultural activities enable students to gain confidence and
understand their culture in a much better way as much as for better relationship
with the community. Some of the important cultural activities in schools are:
Local festival celebration, Charity Events, Parades, Sports events, Dance and
music competitions, Painting competitions, Debates and speeches.
D. Think of what administrators, teachers, and students could do to build successful schools.
Write your answers in the space provided below.

It is to give value to each other so that a school has a good reputation, and
to be given many awards in the name of teaching, must also respect the
laws that are enforced within the school so as to maintain good
governance without any threshold problems. Having a peaceful and
harmonious relationship only indicates that a school has good relations
with the administrators and students, having a successful school is a big
challenge to the management, so learning should be valued with an
affiliated good relationship with each other, as well as with people who
give respect and care, should students and teachers have good
communication with each other who set a good example to the
community.
