hereby certifies that on 3rd day of October, 2006, under and by virtue of Petition for Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage executed by Bernadette O. delos Santos, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of La Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines, as Mortgagor, in favor of the Rural Bank Bank of Leganes (Iloilo), Inc., as Mortgagee, with principal office at Quintin Salas Street, Leganes, Iloilo, and upon petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended, by the Manager of the said bank, whereby I was requested to conduct the public auction of the mortgaged property to satisfy the indebtedness which amounts to FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00), Philippine Currency, excluding 10% attorney’s fees, accrued interest, penalty charges and lawful fees for the Notary Public and other expenses for the foreclosure sale, I have sold at public auction according to law, all rights, interest, claims, participations, actions and titles which the mortgagors have or may have on the properties, with all the improvements thereon, described and bounded as follows:
