    Eligibility: Open Group – All rated & unrated players are allowed to take participate.
    U-15 Age Group – D.O.B. should be on or above 01.01.2008.
    Entry Fee Criteria for all players:
    1. Free Entry will be given to all GM/WGM/IM/WIM/FM/WFM/CM/WCM.
    2. Free Entry will be given to all NA/SNA/FA/IA/DI/FI.
    3. Free Entry will be given to only one office bearer member of affiliated districts
    association from 5 states: Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, H.P. and J.K.
    4. Free Entry will be given for entry no’s: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250.
    5. Rs. 800/- per player for both categories to be deposited by last date 24.05.2023.
    6. After last date Rs. 1000/- will be accepted from players for late entry fee submission
    (Up to arrival time on tournament day i.e. 28.05.2023 before 09:00 AM)
    7. No any request of waiver of late entry fee will be entertained after over of last date.
    Additional Instructions:
     FIDE rules shall be applied with total 6 rounds & time control is 15 min + 5 sec.
     For U-15 Age Group: DOB related certificate should be send on 83602 21634.
     All players are advised to bring their own chess clocks (if possible).
     Hygienic Refreshment will be given to all players, parents, coaches and guests.
     Arrival Time: 08:30 AM Sharp, Event Concluded Time: 05:00 PM (Approx).
     Chief Arbiter decision will be final and binding to all kinds of dispute.
     Organizer has to right to accept or reject any entry.
     Covid-19 protocol will be followed as per Govt. latest guidelines.
     No any entry will be accepted without submission of entry fee and player details.
     Only 250 entries will be allowed for this tournament (first come first serve basis).
