1. To promote and encourage students and teachers to UNIT/OFFICE:

2. To foster our school’s continued camaraderie with
the FPPF Inc.
1. Francis Padua Papica Foundation Inc. (FPPFI) has long been an education
partner of the Department of Education, as it unceasingly extends committed
service to the Filipinos, most especially the youth. Through the years, Region V
has been at the receiving end of this Organization’s generosity, with more than
100 students from all over Bicol Region benefiting from scholarship grants and
sponsorship. Many of these scholars have eventually become professional
nurses, teachers, engineers, doctors, accountants, priests, lawyers, overseas
contract workers, to name a few.
2. In addition, the Foundation has continuously provided Bicolano learners with
school supplies and assisted schools in rebuilding after the onslaught of natural
calamities. It has also given out over 1,000 leadership awards for numerous
student learners in Bicol Region.
3. As FPPFI celebrates its 25th year, this Foundation, in coordination with the
Department of Education Regional Office V, will hold the 2023 FPPFI YOUTH
CONGRESS on February 4, 2023 at Jesse M. Robredo (JMR) Coliseum, Naga
City, to celebrate this milestone and gather education stakeholders, division
officials, school heads, teachers and students for a worthy cause. Registration of
participants will start at 8:00 in the morning, on the said date.
4. Partcipation of the school officials, teachers and students is on voluntary basis
only. Those inetrested should pre-register in this email:
papicafoundation1997@gmail.com on or before Janury 15, 2023 (which was
moved for extension to January 25, 2023) to determine the number particpants
per division. Special prizes will be given to the biggest delegation from the city,
non-city and those coming from the farthest places in the Region. Other surprise
awards will also be given during the activity.
