The Physical Education programme aims at helping the


students to achieve fitness through physical
activities and the practice of fitness activities.

Malaysia can be summarized as follows :

• To increase and maintain students fitness level based on their


health and physical activities;

• To enable students master basic movements and basic games


skills based on their individual capabilities;

• To inculcate the practice of exercise and physical activities as a daily


routine;

• To enable students to apply their health and safety knowledge


while doing physical activities;
