• Work at Height:
o Bruise, cuts, grazes, sprains and strains from fall.
• Vehicle Movement:
o Property damage, Personal injury, Fracture, head trauma and spinal cord injuries.

Overall assessment
Manual Handling
• Shifting of Units will be carried down with the help of hand lifters
• Performing the task by three or more workers to distribute the load.
Collision
• Barricade the work area and place appropriate warning signage’s.
• Follow the right path
• Watch the surrounding clearly.
• Flag man should provide.
High
Slip & Trips
• Work area should be clear of obstructions
• Keep good house keeping.
• Any hazards such us trailing cables, defective floor covering, faulty lighting etc.
should be reported to the site supervisor / safety immediately.
Dust control
• Water suppression
Use PPE Like Face mask, Safety Google’s
• Conduct safety briefly before work start.
• Work should go under adequate supervision
• Keep all records including approved MSRA, TBT records, work permit, first aid
kit must be on site
Priority Status:
High: Risk being addressed is serious; action/control required urgently/immediately
Medium: Potentially serious, remedial action should be taken within agreed timetable
Low: Minor risk. Implement if/when resources allow.
