Important Note: Also an Important Note:

My dimensions are based I’m 6’- 4” tall. Consequently,
on thicknesses of standard I’ve added 3” to the normal
2 x 4s. Which most of us “Counter Height”. Make sure
know to actully be 1.5” x 3.5”. your assembly table fits you.
Your board thicknesses could But then...that’s what’s so cool
be different. So measurement about building your own
carefully and adjust as is stuff...right?
appropriate.

STEP 1 LEGS

These plans are meant to work with my video and cover more of the details I left out of the
video such as dimensions and cut plans. I’ll try to remind you about important assembly
tips...like on this page...remember to put the screws in from the back...so they
don’t show.

Screw from the back side so again...no screw heads show.

STEP 7 ATTACHING LATCHES

This is to show suggested

locations for the latches.
Most of the pushing of
the tableswill be on the top
so placing the latches high
on the legs will reduce some
of the torque stresses on
the latches. Not that I’m
worried... the latches
I speced are more than
strong enough for this.

BEAR MOUNTAIN BUILDS YOU’RE DONE

That’s it for the build. I gave the tables a good sanding and then finished it off with

two coats of polyurathane.
