    CREATION OF THE 2023 BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN OF THIS BARANGAY .

    WHEREAS, the BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN was made by the BARANGAY NUTRITION
    COMMITTEE that focuses to those nutrition specific programs under PPAN 2017-2022 such as Maternal,
    Infant and Young Child Feeding, Integrated Management on Acute Malnutrition, Micronutrient
    Supplementation, Mandatory Food Fortification, Overweight and Obesity Management and Prevention
    Program, National Dietary Supplementation, Growth and monitoring to children aged 0-59 months and
    nutrition sensitive programs.

    WHEREAS, these 2023 BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN shall be included into the
    Barangay Annual Investment Plan and Barangay Development Fund.

    WHEREAS, those nutrition programs will provide services to pregnant and lactating women,
    children age 0-59 months, school aged children, teenagers, adults and elderly.

    WHEREAS, health and nutrition programs will be charge to Barangay Annual Investment Plan,
    Barangay Development Fund , 10% SK Fund, 1 % BCPC Fund, 1% Senior Citizens Fund and Gender and
    Development Fund .

    WHEREAS, the 2023 BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN will be monitor and evaluate its
    program implementation by the Municipal, Provincial and Regional Nutrition Committee.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon.__________________________, Barangay Councilor on


    ___________________________.

    RESOLVED , as it is hereby resolved “CREATION OF THE 2023 BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN OF
    THIS BARANGAY”.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit copies of resolution to the Office of the Municipal Health,
    Nutrition Officer, DILG(MLGOO), Provincial Nutrition Office, Regional Nutrition Office (NNC ROV) and
    other concern government for its reference, perusal and documentation.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
