    GrOW PRO GRAM REQUIREMENTS

    Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate with a minimum


    GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.5 out of 4 or 4.5 out of 5
    Saudi Citizenship
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
    English, potential for leadership, task and resource
    management skills 0-2 years of professional work
    experience
    Willingness to relocate to NEOM
