District Issues and Concerns  Poor Reading Comprehension based from
the output they submitted by the
students
 Learners are too dependent to the
teachers in terms of decoding the reading
passages.
 Most parents here are illiterate that they
cannot aid their children at home.
 Parents and students really want to have
Face-to-Face Classes because they don’t
like the current system (Modular).
 Low to Zero Scores in all reading
comprehension activity. Most of the
times, no answer in the essays.
 Poor in Spelling and wrong usage of
words.
 Students choose to answer the Multiple
Choice section.
 Some parents answered the Modules of
their children
